Paper and poster submission guidelines

Makers of proposals may choose to submit papers or posters, whichever format is more suitable for the contents of their presentation.

In both cases, an abstract of the presentation that will be submitted to review must be turned in.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the proposals according to the following criteria:

  • The timeliness of the topic in the current context and the context of the Seminar
  • Originality
  • Quality of form and content
  • General interest

Abstracts must be turned in using the online form available at the conference’s web site.

Abstracts are to be 500 to 1000 words long and must give three to six keywords.

The selected papers and posters must be exhibited at the Seminar, so at least one of the authors must register for the Seminar. If the Scientific Committee sees fit, it will instruct authors to switch from paper format to poster format or vice-versa.The recommended format for presenting experiences is the poster.

Papers will have a maximum of 15 minutes’ presentation time. The abstract of the selected posters and the full text of the papers will be published in the Minutes.
